What tele2cloud does

tele2cloud moves files sent to your linked Telegram account or forwarded to Saved Messages to your Nextcloud or SFTP storage. You keep ownership of your files.

Your account

Keep your password private and tell us if someone else gains access.

Your files

Files pass temporarily through our servers during transfer. We aim to remove temporary copies after a successful upload.

Transfers can fail, so keep a backup of anything important. Once delivered, your storage provider’s terms and settings control retention and deletion.

Telegram and storage access

Only connect accounts and storage you are allowed to use. Use a Nextcloud app password, an upload-only share, or a restricted SFTP account instead of your main credentials.

Telegram may restrict automated downloads, especially on heavily used accounts. We recommend a secondary account, but this does not prevent restrictions or bans.

Plans and payment

Personal costs $30 for one Telegram account, Duo costs $50 for two, and Team costs $70 for five. New access covers 30 days, with prices in US dollars and payment in cryptocurrency.

There is no automatic renewal; expiry stops transfers but does not delete delivered files. Cryptocurrency payments cannot normally be reversed, so check the details before paying and contact us about any error.

Your statutory consumer rights still apply.

Acceptable use

Do not use tele2cloud for unlawful activity, rights violations, malware, harassment, intrusion, or interference with the service. Do not exceed your plan, access other customers’ workspaces, or deliberately overload the service.

We may apply fair-use and resource limits to keep the service working.

Changes and suspension

We may change features, perform maintenance, or fix security issues. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend access for abuse, security, legal compliance, or expiry, and will explain why where practical. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account and saved connections; some records may be kept for security, accounting, or legal reasons.

Liability

We take reasonable care, but cannot guarantee against data loss, unauthorised access, or service failure. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.

Updates and contact

We will publish any changes here and update the date above. For significant changes, we will try to give reasonable notice; stop using the service if you do not agree.
